What is a KASY nurse travel companion? 

At KASY, we have nurses with varied levels of expertise. You will be accompanied to your destination by a nurse customized to your needs. We have nurses with over 20 years of experience in the nursing profession and some are world-travelers.

How is the process? 

Once you contact KASY, we will have a consultation concerning all of your conditions and needs. We will inform a nurse travel companion and finalize all preparations with you. We also require all clients to sign a contract.

Do I make travel arrangements or can KASY make them?

After discussing with you, we will take care of all booking and scheduling. Clients, however, may take care of itinerary if requested.

How long can I book your services for? 

We will try and cater to all of your needs. Each trip will be discussed in detail.

Where does KASY nurse travel to?

KASY travels world-wide to most areas. We can pick you up from anywhere and travel practically anywhere.

What kind of traveling does KASY do?

We do all kinds of travel, from short-term to long-term trips, and if requested to serve as a travel guide.

What medical clearance, if needed, is required before booking services? 

A doctor's note stating medical clearance for this specific trip is required. Travel insurance is recommended.

Is transportation provided? 

We can provide transportation to and from the airport or we can meet you at the airport.

What services are provided for me at the airport? 

Services include but are not limited to check-in/check-out, luggage, security clearance aid, wheelchair, simple medical equipment, medications, meals, etc. All services can be discussed with the nurse travel companion.

Will flight changes and missed connections be monitored? 

We will monitor changes and connections. If any changes need to be made, we can handle that for you.

Will you keep in contact with my family for updates? 

We will if requested, you can provide us with contact information and we will make sure to update them with important information.
